Geschenke

 Ich bin vor einiger Zeit gefragt wurden ,ob ich meine Werke auch verkaufe .Tue ich nicht ,aber ich beschenke gerne 

Immer wenn ich das Gefühl habe ,zuviel Klamotten aller Art zu haben ,schiebe ich durchaus mal ein paar Projekte für andere ein .Solange ich in etwas freie Hand bei den Designs habe  und alle Zeit,die ich brauche 

So auch in diesem Falle 

Eine mit mir auf Instagram bekannte Künstlerin Deadly Cherries ,hatte mich angesprochen und mir ihre Farbwünsche mitgeteilt 

Entstanden sind folgende Werke (ich gebe mich selten nur mit einer Sache zufrieden )

Alle Sets sind aus Resten von Kleidern ,die ich mir in den Jahren 2018,2019 und 2020 genäht habe .Nicht alle habe ich hieri gezeigt .

Ich weiss,das einige Sachen wohl gut passen und einige eben nicht .Geplant an sich waren nur die Oberteile ,die Unterteile habe ich bei der Grösse geschätzt .

Leider habe ich nie Fotos für mich erhalten ,dennoch bin ich froh über die Rückmeldung das gerade die Rosen Bralette wohl sehr gut passt und sehr gut angekommen ist .

Ich habe noch geug Rest ,das auch ich mir noch etwas daraus nähen kann 

Aus dem rot schwarzen Jaquard habe ich mir bereit ein Set genäht ,was ich gerne und viel trage .

Aus dem roten Samt ist ein weiteres für mich zugeschnitten und als nächstes obenauf in meiner Projekt Kiste .

All sets are made from scraps of clothes that I sewed to myself in 2018, 2019 and 2020, not all of which I have shown here.

I know that some things fit well and some don't. Only the tops were planned, but I appreciated the size of the bottoms.

Unfortunately, I never received any photos for myself, but I am happy about the feedback that the rose bralette fits very well and was very well received.

I still have enough rest that I can sew something out of it too

I have already sewn a set out of the red and black jacquard, which I like to wear a lot.

Another one is cut for me from the red velvet and is next on top of my project box.

Loki Kollektion 5 "Frigga"

 Das Beste für den Schluss

Ich würde nicht sagen mein Meisterstück,das wäre ein passender BH gewesen ,aber das Set was mir am meisten gefällt.

Gewidmet der One and Only Frigga

Frigga ihres Zeichen die Adoptivmutter Lokis ,wird von diesem geliebt und verehrt.Die einzige Person ,die ihm etwas bedeutet.Mit ihrem Tod im Teil Zwei der Thor Saga " The Dark Kingdom" eskaliert die Feindschaft der Brüder für einen haben Film zumindestens .

Ihre "Beerdigung" ist eine der wohl beeindruckenden Szenen in der Saga 

Frigga ist die Göttin der Ehe ,Mutterschaft und Hüterin des Herdfeuers .Im Film gibt es kein Farbschema für sie.

Ich habe daher erneut Lokis Muster beibehalten und mich für schwarz grün gold entschieden

Im Film trägt Frigga in einer Szene eine Rüstung und ein Schwert ,daher habe ich dann hier als Symbolik die Nieten verwendet 

Die eine Bralette ist ,wie immer,eine Darcy .Die andere ist ein Hack aus einem Kleid ,nachempfunden der Darcy von Evie la Luve oder einem Jasmine von Ohlulu, glaube ich

The best for last

I wouldn't say my masterpiece, that would have been a matching bra, but the set that I like the most.

Dedicated to the One and Only Frigga
Frigga , the adoptive mother Lokis, is loved and adored by this. The only person who means anything to him. With her death in Part Two of the Thor saga "The Dark Kingdom", the brothers' enmity for a film at least escalates.
Her "funeral" is one of the most impressive scenes in the saga
Frigga is the goddess of marriage, motherhood, and keeper of the hearth fire; there is no color scheme for her in the movie.
So I kept Loki's pattern again and opted for black, green, and gold
In one scene in the film, Frigga wears armor and a sword, so I used the rivets here as symbolism
One bralette is, as always, a Darcy by Mood; the other is a hack out of a dress, based on the Darcy by Evie la Luve or a Jasmine by Ohlulu, I think

Loki Kollektion 4 "Walküre/Valkyrie"

Die Walküren waren ebenso wie die Amazonen weibliche Kämpferinen.Sie wurden in der Edda sowohl zur Verteidigung von Asgard als auch als Leibgarde Odins eingesetzt .Ausserdem haben sie auf dem Schlachtfeld ,die Einherjer /ehrenvolle Gefallene ,ausgewählt um sie nach Walhalla zu begleiten

Valkyrie im MCU ist die Queen of New Asgard Das erste mal taucht sie in der Thor  Saga im dritten Teil „Ragnarök“ auf .Sie unterstützt nach ein bisschen Hin und Her ,Thor und Loki bei ihrem Kampf gegen ihre böse Schwester Hela

Walküren werden oft in einer goldenen Rüstung dargestellt,daher war hier das Gold im Vordergrund

Der goldenen Stoff den ich verwendet habe ist extrem elastisch,vorallem wenn man ihn schneidet .Der Nylon ist eh extrem slinky .Um beides etwas zu stabilisieren habe ich einige Teile von innen mit hautfarbenem Nylon gefüttert.Es war dennoch ziemlich schwierig und ich musste einiges an den Nähten korrigieren ,nachdem ich die petrolfarbenen Gummis aufgenäht habe ,aber unterm Strich hat es ganz gut geklappt.

The golden fabric I used is extremely elastic, especially if you cut it. The nylon is extremely slinky anyway. To stabilize both, I lined some parts of the inside with skin-colored nylon. It was still quite difficult and I had to wear a lot Correct the seams after I've sewn on the petrol colored rubbers, but the bottom line is that it worked out quite well.

Die  Herrscherin der Unterwelt heisst Hel .Man könnte das übersetzen mit Hölle =Helheim .

Sie ist eine Tochter Lokis und Angrbodas 

Hela,Tochter von Odin ,Schwester von Loki und Thor im Marvel Universum gibt es i der Edda nicht 

In der Edda sind weder Loki noch Thor Söhne von Odin .

Who cares?

Hela ,gespielt von Kate Blanchett ,hat ebenfalls die Farbkombi Schwarz & Grün .Sie ist gekleidet in Leder ,ebenso wie Loki meistens .Ich musste allerdings meinen Plan eine Kunstleder Bralette u machen aufgeben ,da ich das Leder mit der Maschine trotz passender Nadel und Teflon Fuss oder Backpapier nicht genäht bekommen habe .

Hela, played by Kate Blanchett, also has the color combination black & green. She is dressed in leather, as is Loki most of the time. However, I had to give up my plan to make an artificial leather bralette ,because on my machine the leather despite the needle. And even with a Teflon foot or baking paper it could be sewn.

Das erste Stück sollte eigentlich Midgard heissen ,was rein optisch besser zum Muster gepasst hätte Jedenfalls wenn man die Edda zugrunde legt =Midgardschlange,Tochter Lokis

Ich habe lange überlegt ,ob ich den Blog noch weiter mache oder ob ich nur noch Instagrame,wie man so schön sagt 
Denn das Probem das ich habe ist ,das ich zwar eine Menge genäht habe ,aber immer nach denselben Schnitten 
Dennoch möchte ich euch die entstandenen Werke nicht vorenthalten und euch wenigstens die Fotos davon zeigen

Der Stoff hiess im Original Kamasutra und wurde irgendwann zwischen 2018 -2020 verkauft.Es gab ihn in rosa ,blau und grau und ich hatte das Glück ,die letzten ca 70 cm bei meinem Lieblingsstoffdealer Stoffcentrum.de zu bekommen 

The fabric was originally called the Kamasutra and was sold sometime between 2018-2020. It was available in pink, blue and gray and I was lucky enough to get the last 70 cm from my favorite fabric dealer, Stoffcentrum.de

                                    

Entstanden daraus sind 3 unterschiedliche Stücke :1 Bralette ,1 Sport BH und ein Slip.Es gibt noch etwas Rest ,da wird noch ein weiterer Slip drauss

The Project had 3 different pieces: 1 bralette, 1 sports bra and a pair of briefs. There is still a little leftover, there will be another pair of briefs

Matching Slips Part 1

 August ,der Monat der Lingerie Näher/innen,der die es noch werden wollen und auch allen anderen Dessous Begeisterten.Der Monat der Braugust Challenge ,der fast alle monatelang entgegen fieberten,auch ich

Die ersten Tage liefen noch ganz gut ,zum Ende ging mir das etwas das Bildmaterial aus ,was mich aber nicht abhielt weiter mit zugucken .

Etwas was mich echt beeindruckt hat waren die Matching Sets (Gibt es zu Set einen Deutschen Begriff? Paar??)

Erstaunlich wieviele Teile manche aus einem knappen Meter einer 20 cm breiten Spitze bekommen ,wenn man alle seine Schnippel und Reste mit einem guten Meter eines anderen Stoff paart.Viele nähen zu ihrem BH / Bralette zwei Slips in unterschiedlicher Form .Echt schick

August, the month of the lingerie seamstresses who want to become one and all other lingerie enthusiasts. The month of the Braugust Challenge, which almost everyone was looking forward to for months, including me.The first few days went pretty well, at the end I ran out of pictures, but that didn't stop me from watching.Something that really impressed me were the matching sets (is there a German term for a set? Pair ??).It's amazing how many pieces some can get from a meter of a 20 cm wide lace, if you pair all of your bits and pieces with a good meter of another fabric. Many sew two briefs in different shapes for their bra / bralette. Really chic

Ich habe die meisten meiner Teile aus Resten und/oder alten ,oder nicht getragenen ,oder nichts passenden Kleidungsstücken gemacht .Bei meiner erste Hyacinth Bralette habe ich vom Stoff nur ganz wenig Reste behalten und gerade dieser Stoff ,war mir unglaublich wichtig .Stammt er doch von dem Kleid,was meine Mutter mir Ende der 90iger schenkte.

Ich habe eine Menge Schnitte für Unterhosen und auch schon einige probiert .Mit mehr und minder Erfolg.Nur leider habe ich bei denen ,die passen ,keine Ahnung mehr welche Schnitte das waren ,da ich es 2019 noch nicht für erforderlich hielt ,das irgendwo festzuhalten .Also habe ich mir drei kaputte und ausgefranste Unterhosen aus meiner Schublade geschnappt und habe sie auseinander genommen mit Ziel den Schnitt abzunehmen.Danach habe ich dann jeden 3 mal aus schwarzem Jersey zugeschnitten und mit Resten aus diversen vorher gegangenen Projekten gesteckt.(Teaser:Hat nicht funktioniert)

I made most of my parts from leftovers and / or old, or not worn, or not fitting clothes. When I made my first Hyacinth Bralette, I only kept very little scraps of the fabric and this fabric in particular was incredibly important to me .because of the dress my mother buyed me in the late 90s.

I have a lot of pattern for underpants and have already tried a few, with more and less success, but unfortunately I no longer have a clue which pattern those were  that fit, because in 2019 I dont found it necessary to notice them anywhere .So I grabbed three broken and frayed underpants from my drawer and took them apart with the aim of redrafting the pattern. Then I cut each 3 times out of black jersey and stuck them with leftovers from various previous projects. (Teaser: Hat not working)

Für die graue Rosen Hyacinth Bralette passend hatte ich aus einem Powernetartigem Stoff einen Slip mit dem Acadia Schnitt von Megan Nielsen gemacht und brauchte nur noch den Stoff aufstecken.Da dieser Nylon extrem rutschig ist und die Düse meines Textilsprühklebers verstopft,habe ich mir mit einem Pritt Stift ausgeholfen .Diesen wurde an drei kleinen Stellen in der Mitte jeweils dünn aufgetragen und dann das ganze aufgesteckt.Beim Nähen sollte das ganze dann so fest sein ,das es nicht verrutscht und nach dem ersten Waschen der Kleber verschwunden.Normal benutze ich den Pritt Stift eher um Reissverschlüsse vor dem Einnähen zu befestigen .

For the gray rose Hyacinth Bralette I had made a slip with the Acadia pattern from Megan Nielsen ,out of a Powernet-like fabric and Ionly needed to attach the scraps. Since this nylon is extremely slippery and  the nozzle of my textile spray adhesive was cloged, I help myself out with a Pritt Pen . This was applied thinly in three small places in the middle and then the whole thing pinned on. When sewing, the whole thing should be so tight that it does not slip and the glue disappears after the first wash. I normally use the Pritt pen rather to fasten zippers before sewing them in.

Der untere leider nicht .Hier liegt es wohl an der nicht elatischen Blätterborte .Aber er ist auch zu flach .Da dies wirklich meine aller-,allerletzten Reste von diesem Stoff sind ,habe ich den Slip komplett zerschnitten ,die Borte abgetrennt und werde die restlichen Teile nun in einem anderen Slip einsetzen .

Unfortunately not the bottom one. Here it is probably due to the non-elastic leaf border. But it is also too flat. Since these are really my very, very last remnants of this material, I cut the slip completely, removed the border and will insert the rest scraps now on another slip.

Dann habe ich den ersten aus den Resten meines Vampir Stoffes von dem es bis jetzt eine Dárcy von Moods ,eine Barett und ein Kwik Sew Bustier gibt .

Das Problem mit dem Resten vom VampirStoff ist ,das man auf manchen Teilen nur durchgeschnittene Münder ,aber super Fledermäuse sieht .Auf anderen stehen die Münder auf dem Kopf oder aber ich habe sie schon ausgeschnitten ,meistens in Rund .Von daher habe ich versucht passenden Elemente für rechts ,links und hinten zu finden .Ergänzt wurde das dann mit einem Rest roter Spitze und rotem Picot Gummi an den Beinen,sowie ein breites Wäschegummi oben.

Then I have the first one from the remains of my vampire fabric, of which there is so far a Dárcy from Moods, a Barrett and a Kwik Sew bustier.The problem with the remnants of the vampire fabric is that on some parts you only see cut mouths, but great bats. On others, the mouths are upside down or I have already cut them out, mostly in round. So I tried matching elements for right, left and back. This was then supplemented with a remnant of red lace and red picot elastic on the legs, as well as a wide elastic underwear on top.

Leider ist dieser Slip viel zu eng und zu schmal.Er sitzt unterm Bauch und klemmt.Ich dachte erst es läge an der roten Spitze die nämlich nicht elastisch ist ,aber liegt es nicht .Lag am Schnitt den ich von einem RTW abgenommen habe.Schnitt wurde entsorgt .Slip auch .Wie gut das ich noch reichlich Reste habe .

Unfortunately, these briefs are much too tight and too narrow. They sit under the stomach and stick. At first I thought it was due to the red lace that is not elastic, but it is not. It was due to the pattern that I took off from an RTW Slip. Pattern was disposed. Slip also. How good that I still have plenty of leftovers.

Es folgt noch ein Slip passenden zu dem Sugar Skull Kwik Sew Bustier,wo ich einen breiteren Rest als Vorder und Rückteil verwendet habe.Oben ebenfalls Wäschegummi ,an den Beinen mein ebenfalls mein geliebtes Picot Gummi .

This is followed by a pair of panties that go with the Sugar Skull Kwik Sew Bustier, where I used a wider rest as the front and back, lingerie elastic on top and my beloved picot elastic on the legs.

Summar summarum ein 50/50 Erfolg.Ich bin noch am Überlegen ,ob ich den Acadia noch weiter verwende ,denn derweilen habe ich auch noch einen anderen besser passenden Schnitt gefunden und den RTW ein bisschen gehackt.Also breiter höher usw gemacht .Allerdings hab ich das Modell erst einmal verwendet ,und noch nicht zu Ende gebracht .

All in all a 50/50 success. I'm still considering whether to continue using the Acadia, because in the meantime I've found another better fitting pattern and hacked the RTW Patterna bit, so made it wider, higher, etc. However, I did used the model once, but not finished yet.

Queen of the Dragon Set1

 Projekt Nummer 1 :Sport BH mit passendem Slip

Es war einmal ..ein Stück Rest Jersey mit Drachenschuppen  Muster ...1x1,50

Den Stoff  habe ich schon vor einer Weile in der Ebay gefunden .Eigentlich zu wenig als das ich ihn ernstlich kaufen würde ,aber ich konnte aufgrund des Musters nicht wiederstehen.Für 1E und 1,50 E Porto einen überschaubae Investions ,die man am Anfang ruhig tätigen kann.Es kam ein wundervoll weicher ,ich nehme an ,Bamboo Jersey in einem wirklich schönen Drqchenschuppen Muster.Gut die Farben sind eher nicht meins ,aber da er eher nur selten das Licht der Welt erblicken wird ,wars okay.Das Stück war dann grösser als ich dachte ,so das ich sogar noch einen 2ten Slip und eine Bralette rausbekomme aus den Resten

Gefüttert habe ich den Sports Bra Innen mit einem rostroten Jersey ,der ein farblicher Fehlkauf war .

Once upon a time ... a piece of leftover jersey with a dragon scale pattern ... 1x1.50

I found the fabric on Ebay a while ago. Actually too little for me to seriously buy, but I couldn't resist the pattern. For 1E and 1.50E postage a manageable investment, which you can easily get at the beginning It came out a wonderfully soft, I assume, bamboo jersey in a really nice drqchenschuppen pattern. Well, the colors are not really mine, but since it will rarely see the light of day, it was okay. The piece was then bigger than I thought, so that I can even get a second slip and a bralette out of the leftovers

I lined the inside of the Sports Bra with a rust-red jersey, which was a bad buy in color.

Ende im Gelände Make Nine 2020

 NÜÜÜ ist das Jahr 2020 um und die ersten 10 Tage von 2021 sind auch schon wieder vergangen.Während der letzten Tage im Jahr 2020 habe ich viele Top Nine und Make Nine Beiträge gesehen,aber meinen noch nicht gezeigt.Top NIne lohnt sich nicht wirklich da meine reach bei IG einfach schlecht ist .

Dennoch schauen wir mal was mein Make Nine so macht

Von den gekauften Schnitten habe ich die Poppy Bralette von House Morrigan genäht .Leider war meine erste Variante in 18 zu knapp bei den Cups .Und bei der zweiten kämpfe ich mit dem Unterband .Dazu habe ich aber auch noch keinen Blogbeitrag geschrieben

From the cuts I bought, I sewed the Poppy Bralette by House Morrigan. Unfortunately, my first variant in 18 was too close to the cups. And with the second I struggle with the underband. But I haven't written a blog post about it yet

Vom Kwik Sew habe ich ein Bustier in XL genäht ,was ich während des Bra August auf IG zeigte .Super geworden ,passt prima ,einzig und allein die Träger sind ein bisschen lang .Ein Slip gibts dazu auch 

I sewed an XL bustier from Kwik Sew, which I showed at IG during Bra August. It turned out great, fits great, only the straps are a bit long. There are also briefs

Vom McCalls Bikini habe ich einen Slip genäht ,allerdings schon im letzten Jahr ,habe ihn aber jetzt erst fertig bekommen .Leider ist er zu klein und deswegen dann direkt in die Tonne

Ohlulu Hyacinth                                                                                                                                             Gibt es auch schon in diversen Ausführungen .Meine erste war die beste bis jetzt .Ich hatte das Schnittmuster damals stark erweitert ,fand es aber nicht wieder nach dem Umzug .Also hab ich es erneut ausgedruckt ,auch erweitert aber nicht so wie in Hamburg .Daher wurden die zwei neu zugeschnittenen viel zu klein .Ich habe sie nicht fertig genäht ,sondern direkt entsorgt ,daher nur WIP Fotos .Dazu später mehr 

There are already in various designs. My first was the best so far. I had expanded the pattern a lot at the time, but couldn't find it again after the move. So I printed it out again, but not expanded it like in Hamburg. Therefore the two newly cut were much too small. I didn't finish sewing them, but disposed of them directly, so only WIP photos. More on that later

Madalynn Barett Bralette Versuch 7,8,9                                                                                                        Zwei sind fertig ,3 noch zugeschnitten und eine halb fertig .Die zwei fertigen mit den damals bearbeiteten Schnitt ,die 3 neuen mit der 3 XL bearbeiteten Variante von Madalynn .Leider sind von den ganzen Braletten nur 2 bis jetzt was geworden.Ich habe für eine befreudete Künstlerin eine kleine Variante genäht ,die ihr super passt.Ich persönlich finde das Schnittmuster nicht für wirklich grosse Brüste geeignet.Es liegt natürlich immer im Ermessen der Trägerin ,was sie als schick empfindet.Mir hat sie in der ursprünglichen Form einfach zu wenig Halt.Vielleicht versuche ich mich zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt nochmal dran ,aber so wie es aussieht sind die Schnitte von Maddy nicht für meinen Busen geschaffen 

Two are finished, 3 are still cut and one is half finished. The two finished with the pattern that was edited at the time, the 3 new with the 3 XL variant of Madalynn. Unfortunately, only 2 of the whole bralettes have be finished  so far. I sewed one befriend artist in a smaller variant that fits her perfectly. Personally, I don't think the pattern is suitable for really big breasts. Of course, it is always up to the wearer to decide what she thinks is chic. I simply don't have enough hold in the original form Maybe I'll try again at a later date, but it looks like Maddy's cuts are not made for my boobs

Die ersten 2 Super,dann die nächsten 2 zu klein .Der Schnitt ist super ,aber hängt sehr vom Material ab

Entstanden sind auch noch diverse Slips von gekauften Schnitten und kostenlosen ,für Frau und Mann

Ich habe drei Ziele dieses Jahr 

1. 6 Monate kein Stoff kaufen ab dem 6.1 

2. Ein BH nähen ,mit Draht und allem .

Dafür habe ich schon kostenlose und gekaufte Schnitte rausgesucht.Gekaufte sind von Simplicity/Madalynn und Kwik Sew .Bei den kostenlosen ist es erstmal der Maya von AFI 

3.Jede Woche 2 mal bloggen .Genug Themen für  Posts hab ich .Noch fehlen allerdings Tonnen von Bildern meiner Werke,DAS muss ich am Wochenende nochmal angehen in der Hoffnung ,das das Wetter mit macht und es draussen nicht zu windig ist um an meinen Lieblingsspot hier in der Nachbarschaft zu gehen

I have three goals this year

1. Do not buy any fabric for 6 months after 6.1

2. Sew a bra with wire and all.

For this I have already selected free and purchased patterns. Purchased ones are from Simplicity / Madalynn and Kwik Sew. For the free ones, it's the Maya from AFI

3. Blog twice a week. I have enough topics for posts. However, tons of pictures of my works are still missing, I have to tackle THAT again at the weekend in the hope that the weather will take part and it is not too windy outside to mine Favorite spot to go in the neighborhood here

Ich habe schon vor einer Weile bei meiner Suche nach Braletten Schnitten ,den Poppy Schnitt von House of Morrigan entdeckt .

Bei meiner Google Recherche habe ich dann viele Bilder von Frauen mit grösseren Brüsten gesehen ,was mir Mut machte diesen Schnitt zu kaufen

Gesagt getan habe ich das Black Friday Angebot genutzt und mir den Schnitt runtergeladen

Was ich grossartig finde ist ,das im PDF des Schnittes genau drin steht ,welche Seiten man für welche Cuo Grösse ausdrucken muss ,so das man theoretisch nicht alle Teile drucken muss.

Ich habe mich allerdings einmal durch die australischen BH Grössen lesen müssen um meine zu finden ,da sich die Grössen doch sehr von den Europäischen unterscheiden ,wobei das ausmessen ja immer gleich ist .ausserdem steht in dieser Anleitung der genaue Strtch anteil des Stoffes ,der für diesen Schnitt geeignet drin .Was grossartig ist ,wenn es um die Anpassung geht

Meinen erster Versuch war eine 16 DD in schwarzem Kleidersamt .Ich habe diesen Versuch nur bei den Körbchen gefüttert und zwar mit einem Rest dünnen Jerseys.Das Vordere und Hintere Band habe ich erstmal ungefüttert gelassen

Zu nähen ist die Bralette ganz einfach.Man näht einfach alle Teiel ,am besten nach Anweisung zusammen

Als Träger habe ich für die erste Anprobe ein Satinband in der Breite meines Trägerbandes mit Sicherheitsnadeln an den Körbchen befestigt

Bei der Anprobe stellte ich fest ,das die Bralettencups ganz gut passen ,mir aber zu wenig bedecken .Daher hab ich alles was ich nochmal verwerten kann abgetrennt und den Rest entsorgt und grössere Cups zu geschnitten

Poppy Bralette House of Morrigan

I discovered the Poppy cut by House of Morrigan a while ago when I was looking for bralette cuts.

During my Google research I saw many pictures of women with larger breasts, which encouraged me to buy this cut,No sooner said than done I used the Black Friday offer and downloaded the pattern.What I think is great is that in the PDF of the cut it says exactly which pages you have to print for which size, so that theoretically you don't have to print all parts. However, I did have to read through the Australian bra sizes to find mine, because the sizes are very different from the European ones, and measuring them is always the same. In addition, this manual shows the exact proportion of the fabric that is used for this cut suitable in there. Which is great when it comes to customization

My first attempt was a 16 DD in black velvet. I only fed this experiment with the cups and with a rest of thin jerseys. I left the front and back straps unlined for the time being The bralette is very easy to sew, just sew all the pieces together, preferably according to instructions .For the first try on, I attached a satin ribbon the width of my carrier ribbon to the cups with safety pins.During the fitting I found that the bralette cups fit quite well, but don't cover me enough.

I then cut a second poppy out of the rest of my velvet in size 24 DD, which is a bit very big now, but I forgot to use the right ribbons when I cut it, which meant that I now had two too small ones Tapes.

Now I have to think about what I'm going to cut these ribbons out of, whether I combine the very black cups with a piece of printed velvet or whether I make them from a different colored velvet.
