End of the Therapy

Yesterday was the last Day of my Therapy and after 14 Days in the Day Clinic I have to say that my Pains really better.But I have to look that I go 2 or 3 times the Week to Swimming.Also I have to go on my Cross Stepper everyday for 10 or 15 Minutes .I get some new Pills ,maybe for the next 3 Months and than we take a look ,what happen.Monday I go back to work !!Yet Im pack and wait till 8.47 to go to my Bus ,thats brings me to the Airport .going to Finland these Weekend.
